Important Notes:

  • Each accepted paper must be supported by a full registration. An author with a full registration can have a maximum of two papers associated.
  • Student registration will need to be performed with proof of student status.
  • There is a limited number of rooms available on the Vidamar Resorts, since the conference discount is above 30% of usual discount rates (e.g. booking.com). These will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
  • This form is supported by a google spreadsheet, you might be redirect to google after submitting the form in case of an error.
  • Payment is net to the travel agency. Currency conversion costs must be supported by the participant.
  • Registrations without payment will not be processed. Cheque/Cash payments will be processed upon receipt.
  • No refund can be made for cancellations requested less than 3 weeks before arrival date. Before this period, a cancellation fee of 50.00€ applies.
